Located in the Umhlanga area of Durban, Bougainvillea Self-catering and Bed and Breakfast accommodation offers our guests home from home accommodation. We have 2 x 2 bedroom units and 1 x 1 bedroom unit. All our units are serviced every day, have dstv, aircon and fans, commune pool , braai area and secure parking. At Bougainvillea accommodation all units are extremely spacious and are very well maintained.

We have a 2 bed roomed self catering cottage which is completely self contained with a shower en-suite and a separate full bathroom with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a sleeper couch in the lounge suitable to sleep a child. The cottage overlooks our resident’s pool and also has a braai facility. In addition we have 4 newly renovated double rooms all with an en-suite bathroom and one with a private bathroom (not en-suite). All rooms are serviced daily with dstv, and tea and coffee making facility.

Local Facilities and Attractions

We are situated 3 kms from Gateway shopping Mall and close to Umhlanga beach. We are near LaLucia Mall and close to many golf courses. The suncoast and sibiya are not to far from us.

Directions

1. Coming in toward Durban on the N3, take the N2 North turn-off.
2. Keep on the N2 until you take the Mt Edgecombe/Umhlanga turn-off
3. Turn Right over the freeway - past the Gateway Mall (M41)
4. Take the 2nd Umhlanga off-ramp and turn Right over the freeway into Umhlanga Rocks Drive (M12)
5. After about 4km, turn Right at the BP Garage into Sagewood
6. Left Into Baobab
7. Left into Ebony
8. Right into Gwarri Rd. - No.7 is on the right
