Number 6 Chardonnay is part of a small, secure complex of 12 units situated in the upmarket area of Uvongo. The complex is fully walled and has automatic gates. There is also a swimming pool, lock-up garage and open bay parking for your use. This first floor unit has outstanding seaviews and is a great place to relax, unwind and have a really care-free holiday.
The unit consists of:
- 1 bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom.
- 2 smaller bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room and a second bathroom with shower and toilet
- 6 people can be comfortably accommodated
The main bedroom has sliding doors that lead onto the verandah and has stunning sea views.
There is an open plan lounge open plan lounge (air-conditioned), dining-room and well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer and everything else you could possibly need. There is a TV set, full DSTV and a DVD player. There is also an iron and an ironing board.
There is a verandah leading off the lounge with both a Weber and charcoal braai. A size 3 potjie is also available. Comfortable patio furniture is provided for you to use whilst sipping sundowners overlooking the sea.
The complex is superbly situated with incredible seaviews. There is a path leading from the garden down to a gate at the bottom of the garden which leads straight onto the rocks. A key for this gate is provided. Linen and bath towels are provided for you but you do need to bring your own beach towels. This unit is serviced daily by a maid who will make beds, clean bathrooms, sweep floors, clean your braai etc.
