Accommodation
Ocean View Beach House sleeps eight. One bedroom en-suite with a king size bed. Three
bedrooms sharing a bathroom, one with a king size bed and two with two single
beds each. Children (except babies) are regarded as persons. (Sorry we regret no
pets). Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, two living areas; one downstairs
and one upstairs, both with a sea view and large balcony upstairs. Walking
distance from house to beach is 100 meters. TV with DSTV connection at an
additional charge. South African residents can bring their own smart card.
We will see to the cleaning of the house - before and after the tenants’ stay. Daily cleaning has to be done by the tenant. All linen will be provided, including bath towels. Strictly no beach towels. 24 hr monitor / armed response alarm system, DSTV/ TV, bar fridge, one garage and lots of parking.

Local Facilities and Attractions
Ocean View Beach House
has a beautiful 1800 sq m garden in front of the house. The beach is only
100 meters away and is adjacent to the Mpenyati Nature Reserve - the 2nd largest
wetland of South Africa. You can enjoy the braai facilities and two patios -
downstairs and upstairs with a sea view. There are 2 hiking trails in the
Reserve, bushbuck, whistling ducks and a variety of bird species in the forest
and on the lagoon - suitable for fishing, windsurfing and sailing. The property
has 150º sea view and whales, dolphins, sardine run and ships can be seen. There
is also a pair of blue duikers and a variety of bird species for keen bird
watchers on the property. Golf Courses nearby Golf Courses in the area include
San Lameer, Southbroom, Margate, Port Shepstone , Port Edward, Selborne, Nandoni
and Wild Coast Sun.

Directions
From Durban, follow the N2 South for 130 km. 20 km after Margate cross the Mpenyati river bridge and take the 'Palm Beach' Second turn-off into Prince Henry Avenue to the left. Then cross the stop street and follow Livingston drive to the corner of Potgieter street Ocean View Beach House is Lot 68.
