Villa Siesta Unit 6 Accommodation
Number 6 Villa Siesta is part of a small, secure face brick complex of 8 units across the road from the beach. Four of the units are in the very front and four are set further back. No 6. is one of the back four that overlooks the complex swimming pool. Sea views are still very good! The complex is fully walled and has automatic gates. There is one undercover parking bay and a lock-up garage for your use.
The unit consists of:
- 1 bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom.
- 2 smaller bedrooms – 1 with a queen-size bed and another with 2 single beds. A second bathroom services these two bedrooms
- 6 people can be comfortably accommodated
The main bedroom has its own balcony with a lovely view of the sea!
The ground floor consists of parking and a laundry with washing machine and tumble drier.
A staircase leads to the 1st floor which is the living and entertainment area consisting of a guest toilet, open plan lounge, dining-room and extremely well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, etc. Full DSTV is provided.
Leading off the lounge, is a spacious verandah and braai area that overlooks the complex swimming pool.
The complex is superbly situated with incredible seaviews. Simply cross the road and you’re on the beach. There are no buildings in front of the apartment to spoil your view! The main Margate Blue Flag beach is a short walk away. The fishing directly in front of the complex is excellent and the Margate Pier is a 4 minute walk.
Linen and bath towels are provided for you but you do need to bring your own beach towels. This unit is serviced daily by a maid who will make beds, clean bathrooms, sweep floors, clean your braai etc.
